I often get asked if past life therapy is real. I've been regressed to past lives many times in hypnosis, and to be honest, I don't know if it's real or not. It seemed quite real, and it was quite vivid, but there just isn't anyway to know for sure. Perhaps my mind is making it all up, or it's memories I have from reading or watching TV or movies that my mind takes bits and pieces from to create a story. Whatever it is, real or not, it was quite fascinating and life-changing for me.

One yet to come. It was exciting, even though I was taken to a rather mundane life where I was a technician working on a space station. There I was, floating outside the station doing a repair on the station structure. Was it real (or is it going to be?) Who knows. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
