I found out how to stop procrastination in a lot of instances is to simply stop fighting it and go with it. I give myself permission to put something off. No judgement, no guilt, no anxiety -- just purely accepting that perhaps the time isn't right. That almost always works for me, but when it doesn't, I find this recording does the trick. There was a time when I listened to this recording constantly, but now I find that I only need it for an occasional tune-up.
