So many people ask me how to stop procrastinating. Nike had a great slogan that I always associated with it -- Just Do It! It seems the problem for many people, though, is that they find too many things to do, to put off having to do the thing they are procrastinating about. Other than this recording, I find visualizing the project as finished (or whatever I have been putting off doing). I visualize it as strongly and completely as I can, and also the FEELING that I will have when it is complete. After doing that for just a short time, my brain kicks in and gives me the motivation and energy to start and complete just about anything.
