This recording is another one of those paradoxical things for me that I find humorous. Usually, when I listen to the sounds of ocean waves, it relaxes me. It reminds me of being at the beach, resting, relaxing, laying in the sun, or doing some beach-combing. It's anything but energetic. HOWEVER, when I listen to this recording, not only is it relaxing, it's energizing. It's almost as if each sound of each wave is a gentle bringer of a pure energy for me to use to achieve whatever I have going that day.
